A historic moment as the 1,000-year-old sacred relics of the Somnath Jyotirlinga were brought to the sanctum sanctorum of the Rameswaram Jyotirlinga.

Shri Ram belongs to the Surya Vansh (Solar Dynasty). So Ramnath, the cause of the soul, and Somnath, the cause of the mind meet at one place!

Priests from all the Jyotirlingas across the country and even Nepal’s Pashupatinath performed the Pradosh Puja, bringing sacred water from their temples.

At the same time, over 2 crore people from across Tamil Nadu have chanted the Kolaru Pathigam, with a wish that there may be peace in the country and in the world, and that everyone may be happy.
