It is a time to dive inward, withdrawing from external ...engagements to rest in your Self.

Singing, chanting, and puja are just aids for this.

On my maiden visit to Oman, we had an evening of music, meditation, and wisdom at Madinat Al Irfan Theatre in Muscat. I was welcomed warmly by the ...people. It is a beautiful country with the right ecosystem for peacebuilding.
