His consistent message emphasized mental well-being, the importance of a drug-free lifestyle, and the integration of spiritual values in everyday life.

Advocacy for Mental Health and a Drug-Free Lifestyle

During the ‘EduYouth Meet,’ Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar addressed critical concerns around mental health, urging the youth to champion kindness and compassion. He emphasized the three ‘Cs’ – connection, commitment, and communication – as foundational elements in overcoming mental health challenges. Gurudev advocated for yoga and meditation as antidotes to substance abuse, reinforcing his vision of a drug-free India.

Over 50,000 youth from more than 100 educational campuses in Visakhapatnam pledged to combat stress and drug abuse. This event was not just a demonstration of unity but also a testament to the potential of young individuals in driving societal change.
