Gurudev led the Unveiling Infinity program in Moscow followed by several interactions with dignitaries in Ekaterinburg. His visit concluded with an evening of celebration with Art of Living teachers and volunteers from Russia.

Gurudev’s Russian tour began with “Unveiling Infinity”, an experiential discourse based on the ancient Sanskrit text, “Vignan Bhairav”, believed to be a conversation between Shiva and Parvati where he reveals several meditation techniques for achieving further depth in spiritual practices.

In a meeting with Mr. Dmitry Anatolyevich Morozov, Chairman of State Duma’s Health Committee in the Russian Parliament, he discussed the inclusion of Yoga and Ayurveda in Russian medicine.

Later, an MoU was signed between Sri Sri University and the Ural Federal University to collaborate in the field of student and research mobility. Gurudev was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the Ural Federal University for his contribution to the development of intercultural dialogue.

Later, Gurudev visited the city of Ekaterinburg, in the Sverdlovsk region of Russia, on the invitation from the Governor H.E. Yevgeny Vladimirovich Kuyvashev. He interacted with several dignitaries and office bearers during his visit.

He also addressed a group of 10,000 employees of Sima Land trading company, on the invitation of the owner Mr Andrey Simanovsky, Honorary Consul General of India in Ekaterinburg.
