Inauguration of the Happiness Center

The Art of Living Happiness Center was official inaugurated in Lagos. The center offers the Happiness Program and other various programs of the Art of Living along with consultation for holistic wellness based on traditional Nigerian and Ayurvedic practices to improve lifestyle.
The Happiness Centre remains one-of-a-kind globally, and we are all delighted for the remarkable impact it will have in Lagos State.
I was pleased to host a delegation from the Art of Living in India, led by the Global Ambassador for peace – Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

The topic for this episode was “I Am Because We Are”. Gurudev answered questions on the interdependence of individuals. This topic touched upon the fact that humans cannot exist in isolation. Such thinking leads to the idea that our human nature is fundamentally relational and is linked to others. No matter who we are, as individuals, we depend on connection, community, and caring.
