Gurudev’s extensive Maharashtra tour began on a high note with hundreds and thousands of people gathered to attend the Mahasatsangs (an evening of wisdom, singing, and meditation) in Nanded, Tuljapur, and Kolhapur. Gurudev visited the latter two after 12 years. The cities gave a warm welcome to Gurudev.

Hon. CM of Karnataka, Mr. Basavaraj S Bommai and Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar launched the popular social media app, Elyments in Kannada.

In a huge step to create a robust mechanism for making medical oxygen available in the remotest part of India, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar inaugurated OxyAid, India’s first IoT-enabled mobile containerized oxygen generator truck.

The Vibrant Africa tour continues with Nigeria as the next stop. Gurudev inaugurated the Happiness Center in Lagos and interacted with several key community leaders on overcoming the challenges of current times.

Infused with enthusiasm, vigor and the hope of a better economic future, over 1000 farmers from all over India arrived to attend the three-day Kisan Mahotsav at The Art of Living International Center in the presence of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

The Art of Living and IAHV volunteers, along with their partners have been working on a war footing to provide relief in the form of food, clothes, dry ration kits and other vital essentials in the flood-ravaged regions of Maharashtra's Konkan belt.
