“Last year when I was offered the award, I thought someone else’s work should be encouraged and recognised. Recently, many people have been returning their awards and disrespecting the nation. I respect those individuals yet personally, I don’t agree with this stance. Hence I’ve decided to accept the award and honor the recognition given by my homeland.
This award is not for a person or personality but for the principle of a one world family where human values are rekindled for our collective happiness and peace. I dedicate this award to all those who work for the same cause. “
