Gov. Geraldo Ackmin, the Governor of São Paulo, and Voorwald Herman, the Secretary of Education, received Gurudev at the Bandeirantes Palace in São Paulo, Brazil.

They discussed alternatives for peace education and the importance of human values. “Often problems are caused for young people due to stress and excessive family conflicts,” Gov. Ackmin said. “It was a great honor to receive Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and the board of the Art of Living; they have a great expertise in education.”
