Then we need to understand our own body, our mind, our intellect, and our Self—that something deep within us which never changes.That is all love.
When we tap into that central core of our being, we exude love, we emit love. That is what enlightenment is, and that is what wisdom and knowledge are.

This is possible for everybody. All of us can experience it. All it takes is a little time to let go of stress.

You know, people get a little high by taking certain substances or by getting lost in music. Why are people taking mushrooms and other things?

Because they want to go into another dimension.
The more centered we are, the more we get access to creativity. Suppose you are asked to write a poem. What do you do? You say, “Leave me alone for ten minutes. I’m going to sit…” No one can do anything creative in a noisy place. You go to a quiet corner, and then you can write an essay, a drama, or even compose music. You need some quietness, right?

Similarly, when we create that quietness in our mind, we are able to tap into that resource, and the writer’s block gets cleared.

I think it’s hard in this world to calm the mind because everything is going so fast, and our lives are rewarded when we go faster. Everything is designed to be more efficient.

So how do you calm down and become more creative? Like this—what we just did. Do you know? You can drive your car at high speed—200 kilometers an hour. In Europe, you can drive on the Autobahn at very high speeds.

But when you have to refuel the car, you stop, right?
