In recognition of the work done by the Art of Living at the Siglo XXI University campus, the University presented Gurudev with an honorary doctorate. An estimated 18,000 people attended the ceremony and participated in a guided meditation despite heavy rains.
The Consul General of India, Dr. Sergio Lais Suarez, presented Gurudev the recognition of “Custodian of World Peace” and the Governor of Cordoba, Jose Manuel de la Sota, honored Gurudev as an “Honorary Citizen of Cordoba.”
