Humans cannot exist in isolation. Such thinking leads to the idea that our human nature is fundamentally relational and is linked to others. No matter who we are, we depend on connection, community, and caring — simply, we cannot be without each other.
As individuals, we are equipped with particular talents and strengths. As such, we owe it to ourselves, and therefore, our community a sense of service that breeds self-progression and success that benefits us and our society.
